Credit Card Purchases. We accept all major credit cards. COD Purchases. Dudley will ship your order COD, and accepts company check, bank check or money order. Checks are accepted with a valid driver’s license. Return Checks. For all return checks, Customer shall remit payment as specified by Dudley. Customer will be assessed a $25.00 return check charge. Returns. Customer has the right to return product purchased within 30 days (stock items only). Customer shall receive a refund for product returns within the specified time. Non-stock items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Corporate Accounts - No Delivery Charge. Free freight for all local delivery to corporate accounts. Retail Customers – Free Freight. Free freight on all orders over $100.00, excluding disposable incontinence products, solutions, nutritional supplements and catalogs. Orders under $100.00 will include UPS charges or a $5.00 local delivery fee. Delivery. Local deliveries cover a 30-mile radius from Shreveport, LA. Allow 3-5 business days for stock item delivery. Allow 7-14 days for non-stock items. “Next Day” delivery can and will be arranged upon customer request.
Dudley warrants product only, in accordance
with the manufacturer warranty. Dudley offers coordination of product installation,
but shall be held harmless for any and all claims of property damage or interruption.
